Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your credit card on a subscription.

If your credit card is about to expire or is no longer valid, you must:

1. Wait for your current subscription to end or cancel it
2. Re-subscribe using your new credit card

Note that when you cancel your subscription, you will still remain a Pro Actor until the end of the subscription period.

As a reminder, enCAST do not store your credit card information on our system. Instead we use 3rd party processors like Stripe and Paddle who store your information in highly secure formats which we do not have access to.
