How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

When you join enCAST with a paid subscription, you can use all parts of our website to help your acting career.

You will pay automatically every month, every 6 months, or once a year, depending on the plan you choose.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no extra fees or penalties.

Important: If you cancel your subscription, your account will not be deleted. It will change to a Free Actor account. Free Actor accounts still have access to many features. You can upgrade again whenever you want.

How to cancel your subscription #

Cancelling stops your next payment. You stay on the paid plan until the end of the time you already paid for. After that, your account changes to Free Actor.

Example: You buy a 6-month plan on January 1st and cancel on March 10th. You keep the full 6 months and stay a paid actor until July 1st. You will not be charged again after that.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to enCAST.
2. Go to Edit Profile and click on the Account tab.
3. Scroll down and click on Your Subscription.
4. Click the Cancel link and confirm.
5. If this is not available, please contact us and we will do this for you.
