How to Contact an Actor

If you want to contact an actor directly, here's how to do it.

1. Use the Actor Search to find the actor
2. Click on the actor thumbnail picture to visit their profile
3. Near the top-right of their profile, you will see a Contact Icon like this

Click on the icon to go to the contact page to send a message to this actor.

What if there is no Contact Icon? #

In this case it means the user has set their contact status and closed it. 

If the actor has hidden their contact button, you can still contact them:

1. Copy the actor’s profile link (e.g. www.encast.pro/profile/xxxx/)
2. Send the link and your message to enCAST Admin
3. We will send the message to the actor for you

Can Anyone send a Message? #

No. If you are a casting director or talent agency, enCAST must verify your account before you can contact actors directly. Until then, you can only write to enCAST Admin and to actors who have applied to one of your castings. An application is an invitation to talk, so you can always reply to your own applicants, verified or not.
