Winterkartoffelknödel

Bavarian detective Franz Eberhofer reluctantly investigates a suspicious death in his small home village whilst juggling his complicated personal life, including a demanding family and an on-again-off-again relationship. The case draws him deeper into local intrigue, forcing him to confront the darker side of rural community life. The film is based on Rita Falk's popular series of crime novels set in the fictional village of Niederkaltenkirchen.
