Darkness

A family relocates to a remote rural house in Spain, only to find that their new home harbours a sinister supernatural history connected to ancient rituals. The father begins behaving erratically as a dark presence takes hold of the property, and the teenage daughter struggles to uncover the truth before a rare celestial event fulfils a deadly prophecy. The film builds its dread through oppressive atmosphere and a sense that the house itself is a willing participant in the evil unfolding within it.
