Complicit

A British intelligence officer becomes convinced that a young man with links to extremist networks poses a serious terrorist threat, and pushes to have him rendered for interrogation. The film examines the moral and legal tensions surrounding counter-terrorism methods, particularly the use of torture, as the officer must confront the human cost of the decisions he makes in the name of national security.
