Lisbon-based actors, 30-75, for political play in English

JÁ International Theatre is looking for 2 actors (m/f) for WRIT,CORPUS, RESIST! an original short (30 mins) political play in English based on the classic Vanek plays of Vaclav Havel.

Synopsis: A political activist released from prison in an autocratic regime comes face to face with an ex-activist who made compromises to stay on the right side of the regime and thrive and now seeks absolution. But sometimes, the past is never absolved, just prologue for choices made in the night.

Approx. 5 rehearsals beginning from middle of the week beginning 10th June.

Performances at the Centro Artes de Marvila festival, in Lisbon on June 23rd and 24th.
