A group of criminals fleeing through a remote forest after a botched robbery stumble upon a large, isolated psychiatric institution. Finding themselves stranded and seeking refuge, they break in, only to discover that the staff have vanished and the patients now roam freely. What begins as a straightforward search for shelter quickly descends into a desperate fight for survival as the line between the dangerous and the vulnerable becomes increasingly blurred.
