A woman with a degenerative eye condition investigates the suspicious death of her twin sister, who shared the same illness. As her own sight deteriorates and she becomes increasingly vulnerable, she begins to sense that whoever was responsible for her sister's fate may now be stalking her. The film builds tension around the idea that unseen threats can be just as terrifying as those in plain sight.
