A team of marines is dispatched to a research facility on Mars after contact is lost with the scientists working there. They discover that genetic experiments have transformed some of the staff into violent, murderous creatures. As the soldiers fight for survival against the growing threat, a darker conspiracy emerges about the nature of the experiments and who might be behind them.
