A veteran Interpol agent living in Los Angeles takes it upon himself to protect the young son of a fallen informant he once worked with, becoming the boy's unlikely guardian in a dangerous underworld. When rival criminal gangs begin closing in, the agent is drawn back into a brutal cycle of violence as he fights to keep the child safe from those who see the boy as leverage.
