A sadistic prison warden, inspired by the notorious "Human Centipede" films, decides to solve the problem of overcrowding and prisoner unrest by surgically connecting hundreds of inmates mouth-to-anus in a single enormous chain. The scheme is enthusiastically supported by his accountant, who presents it to the state governor as a cost-cutting measure. Tom Six, the director of the original films, makes a cameo appearance, effectively endorsing the project within the film's self-referential narrative.
