A Dublin family struggles to cope when their son returns home as a zombie, choosing to keep his condition secret from the neighbourhood whilst a ruthless criminal gang seeks to exploit him for profit. The story is presented in a mockumentary format, following a film crew embedded with the family as violence and chaos gradually escalate around them.
