A man diagnosed with a terminal illness agrees to participate in a deadly manhunt across Detroit in exchange for a large sum of money that will secure his family's future. Armed hunters pursue him through the city whilst he must survive long enough to collect the prize. As the chase intensifies, he discovers the true ruthlessness of the organisation behind the game and must use every resource available to outrun and outwit his pursuers.
