A Jewish woman in Nazi-occupied Netherlands survives the war by dyeing her hair and infiltrating the German headquarters as a cabaret singer, where she falls for a high-ranking SS officer and becomes a spy for the Dutch resistance. As the liberation approaches, she finds herself betrayed from within and accused of collaboration by both sides. After the war ends, she must uncover who set her up whilst facing the fury of her own countrymen.
