A Slovak drama centring on a teenage boy who becomes entangled in the criminal underworld when he attempts to help his father, who is deeply indebted to dangerous local gangsters. As the boy is drawn further into illegal activities, he faces an increasingly difficult choice between loyalty to his family and his own moral survival. The film explores themes of poverty, desperation, and the loss of innocence in a post-communist rural community.
