A French trade union official at a major energy company becomes the target of an intimidation campaign after she begins investigating alleged financial misconduct and mismanagement within the organisation. She is subjected to a violent assault in her home, which she believes is connected to her whistleblowing activities, but authorities prove slow to pursue the case seriously. The film follows her determined efforts to seek justice and expose the forces she believes conspired against her, whilst navigating a legal and corporate establishment that seems reluctant to hold anyone accountable.
