A group of young American backpackers travelling through Europe are lured to a remote Slovakian hostel by the promise of attractive locals and a good time. They soon discover that the hostel serves as a front for a sinister organisation that allows wealthy clients to pay for the privilege of torturing and murdering tourists. One of the friends must fight desperately to survive and escape the brutal operation.
