A man wrongly convicted of a crime is subjected to an experimental treatment by a sadistic doctor, involving being straitjacketed and locked inside a morgue drawer for extended periods. During these sessions he finds himself hurled forward in time, where he encounters a young woman who helps him piece together the mystery of his own death. Caught between past and future, he attempts to use his fractured visions to change his fate before time runs out.
