Casting "All The Ways to Stay Awake", a drama feature film with romantic subplots.

Synopsis: A heartfelt artistic indie film about what it means to grieve naturally, not beautifully. A movie that centers around the life of Andrew, a stoic and PTSD-riddled veteran who is now wheelchair-bound, and Niamh, a workaholic ballerina with stubborn issues. They come together for their unique shared grief of wife and sister (one which is the same). A woman by the name of Aeiobhann after a horrific car accident. Together, they find out the very nature of the accident is more complicated than it may seem, and the twists and turns leave them losing the bit of sanity they once felt they had. Ultimately, they must learn to deal with the horrors of loss, accident, and fault in a fight for redemption. It is a brain-turner meant to play as a puzzle to the audience as they try to piece the complexity of grief together in a vast and non-chronological order. If Sorry for Your Loss, Normal People and Saltburn met.

Shooting in the Netherlands between June and July 2025

Unpaid project. The casting is open to actors anywhere in Europe, with a priority to those in the Netherlands, as that is where the production is set and travel expenses will not be compensated.

Note from the Production: We have a really great crew including an Emmy-winning producer, a DOP with more than 20 years of experience and a co-founder of a successful producer company. Over like 10 nationalities.
