A precocious 13-year-old boy living with progeria, a condition that makes him appear far older than his years, forms an unexpected bond with a young politician who turns out to be his estranged father. The film explores their developing relationship alongside the boy's warm family life with his devoted mother. Amitabh Bachchan plays the child whilst his real-life son Abhishek Bachchan plays the father, inverting their generational dynamic in a celebrated piece of casting.
