ACRM Projects

Projects are the films, series, adverts, castings and workshops your contacts revolve around. A project holds a title, a year, a type, links, tags and encrypted notes, the people involved, and a diary of events.

Linking people to projects #

From a person's page choose "Link to a project", or from a project choose "Link a person", and pick the job they did there. The same person can be an actor on one project and a director on another. You can also link many people at once: search, tick, and use "Link ticked".

Events: what happened and when #

Each project keeps a simple diary. An event is a date, which may be as vague as just a year or a month, a line of text, and optionally the people who were there: "March 2025, callback in Athens, with Maria". Events appear on the project, on each attached person's page under "Seen at", and in search results.

Your enCAST credits arrive by themselves #

Your own film credits from the enCAST film database are imported as projects automatically and kept up to date. If a contact of yours is credited on the same enCAST production, they are linked to the project for you, and a project matching an enCAST film picks up its film page and IMDb links. Anything you delete stays deleted; the automatic import never brings back what you removed.
