ACRM People
A person in your ACRM can hold as much or as little as you know: a bare name is enough to start, and everything else can arrive later, by hand or by import.
What a person can hold #
- Name, gender, location and nationality (several nationalities if needed).
- A birthday, even a partial one: just a year, or just a day and month.
- Jobs, ticked from the standard list, plus any you type yourself.
- Any number of email addresses and phone numbers.
- Fixed link slots for their enCAST profile, IMDb and Instagram, plus any other links. Links from known sites such as Facebook or YouTube label themselves.
- A photo, tags, appearance traits and encrypted notes.
The person page #
Phone numbers are shown neatly formatted and are links: one tap calls, and the WhatsApp link beside a number opens a chat directly. The location opens Google Maps at that address. If a saved email address matches a real enCAST member, their profile, IMDb and Instagram links appear automatically and their nationalities are filled in, without ever overwriting something you set yourself.
The buttons at the top edit the contact, link them to a project, add a relationship, export them as a vCard file, star them, or delete them (the bin, with a confirmation).
Birthdays #
On a contact's birthday a balloon appears beside their name, and each morning you receive one email listing everyone whose birthday it is that day, each name linking to their page. A birthday on 29 February counts on 28 February in ordinary years. You can switch the emails off in your profile's email preferences or from the link inside the email.
Favourites and relationships #
The star marks a favourite; starred people lead the front page and carry a small star on their tiles. Relationships connect two of your contacts: married to, agent / actor, worked with, ex partner of and so on, and each shows on both people's pages.
