A Dutch journalist becomes dangerously entangled with a charismatic but ruthless businessman after she begins investigating him for a major news story. As she digs deeper into his corrupt dealings, the line between professional pursuit and personal obsession begins to blur, placing her in increasing peril. The hunter and hunted roles shift unpredictably as both characters manoeuvre for control in a high-stakes psychological game.
