The Tick

A bumbling but enthusiastic superhero known as the Tick arrives in a city and takes an anxious, ordinary man called Arthur under his wing as a sidekick. Together they attempt to thwart various villains and criminal schemes, with the Tick's boundless confidence and invincibility contrasting comically with Arthur's self-doubt and timidity. The live-action series blends absurdist humour with affectionate parody of superhero conventions.
