Two mismatched police officers are thrown together and must overcome their differences to tackle a criminal case, with the comedy arising largely from their clashing personalities and incompetent bungling. Tom Gerhardt, known for his larger-than-life comic persona, leads the cast in a style consistent with his earlier lowbrow comedy work.
