An Italian family gathers as their various relationships, secrets and tensions come to the surface over the course of a significant family occasion. Three adult siblings each navigate their own personal struggles — romantic, professional and emotional — whilst their parents contend with difficulties of their own. The film weaves together these interlocking storylines to explore themes of love, disappointment and the complicated bonds that hold families together.
