A young woman is possessed by the spirit of a long-dead witch after a mysterious mask is placed upon her face, gradually transforming her into a malevolent supernatural creature. A group of people must struggle to stop the evil from spreading as the possessed woman wreaks havoc and terror. The film serves as a loose reimagining of Mario Bava's classic horror premise, updated for a television audience.
