Shadow Recruit

A young Jack Ryan is recruited into the CIA following his military service and recovery from a serious injury, eventually working undercover on Wall Street. He uncovers a Russian plot to trigger a devastating economic collapse in the United States, forcing him to step out of his analyst role and into genuine field operations for the first time. Balancing the mission with keeping his fiancée safe after she becomes inadvertently caught up in the danger, Ryan must confront a powerful Russian businessman orchestrating the scheme.
