A wealthy Italian businessman tries to force his three spoiled adult children to become financially independent by cutting off their allowances and threatening to leave his fortune to charity. Each sibling scrambles to find work and prove themselves capable of standing on their own feet. The comedy follows the chaos that ensues as the pampered trio attempts to navigate ordinary working life for the first time.
