A young foreign journalist travels to the Caucasus region to cover the 2008 conflict between Russia and Georgia, becoming caught up in the chaos and violence of the war. Through her experiences on the ground, the film blurs the line between documentary-style reportage and dramatic fiction, presenting a raw and disorienting portrait of modern warfare. The narrative follows her attempts to survive and bear witness as the situation around her deteriorates.
