A Spanish woman approaching a significant birthday finds that a flood of social media birthday messages from friends and followers forces her to confront the gap between her online persona and the reality of her personal relationships. As she reflects on her life choices and emotional isolation, the story examines how digital connection can mask genuine loneliness. The film uses the occasion of her birthday to unpick the tensions within her family and romantic life.
