A man moves into a vast luxury tower block where residents are stratified by wealth according to which floor they occupy. As the building's infrastructure begins to fail, the social order collapses into hedonism, violence, and tribalism. What begins as minor friction between the upper and lower floors escalates into an all-out war contained entirely within the self-sufficient structure, with the architect who designed it observing from his penthouse above it all.
