Two parallel love stories unfold across different eras — one set in the present day, the other in the 1990s — exploring how attitudes towards romance and commitment have shifted over time. Jai and Meera, a modern couple, decide to separate in order to pursue their individual ambitions, only to find that distance deepens their feelings rather than dissolving them. Their story is contrasted with that of an older man who recalls a passionate, uncomplicated love from his youth, prompting Jai to question what he truly wants.
