A young Roma girl living in poverty becomes obsessed with a wealthy woman whose privileged lifestyle represents everything her own life lacks. As Viktoria manoeuvres herself into this woman's world, the story examines the tension between aspiration and exploitation, and what people are willing to sacrifice in pursuit of a better life.
