Snowden

A young Edward Snowden joins the CIA and NSA, gaining access to some of the most sensitive surveillance programmes in the world. Increasingly troubled by the vast, covert scope of American intelligence gathering on ordinary citizens, he begins secretly copying classified documents. He eventually travels to Hong Kong, where he meets a journalist and a documentary filmmaker and hands over the explosive material, triggering a global debate about privacy and government overreach.
