A fictionalised portrayal of Silvio Berlusconi during a period of political decline, focusing on the flamboyant world of hangers-on, opportunists and socialites who orbit him in search of wealth and influence. A young Sardinian businessman attempts to use lavish parties and beautiful women as a means of gaining access to the former Italian prime minister.
