Maria Callas, widely regarded as the greatest opera singer of the twentieth century, spends her final days in 1970s Paris reflecting on her extraordinary and turbulent life. Drifting between memory and reality, she revisits her most celebrated performances, her passionate love affair with Aristotle Onassis, and the personal sacrifices her career demanded. As her health and grip on the present begin to falter, she attempts one last return to the voice that defined her.
