A CIA officer is sent undercover to the agency's Berlin station with the secret objective of identifying an anonymous whistleblower who has been leaking classified information to the press. As he embeds himself amongst colleagues and navigates the murky world of European intelligence, he uncovers layers of corruption and deception within the organisation itself. The series blends Cold War-era espionage atmosphere with contemporary geopolitical tensions.
