World-wide Casting Call for UGC Campaign for Connecteam (AU Market).
We’re producing short-form UGC-style video ads for Facebook and Instagram targeting the Australian market. These will feature authentic testimonials and real-world scenarios using Connecteam’s mobile app, focusing on relatability and clear delivery.
About the Brand: Connecteam is an all-in-one employee app trusted by thousands of companies worldwide. From scheduling and time tracking to communication and task management, it’s designed to help small and mid-sized businesses streamline operations and keep teams connected — whether they’re in the office, on-site, or on the go.
Location: Amsterdam-based or Remote (open to talent worldwide)
Production Options:
Option 1: Amsterdam-Based Talent
Filming at our Amsterdam studio
On-set direction from our creative team
Shoot Duration: ~2 hours

Option 2: Remote Talent
You’ll film at home with your own setup
Includes a 30-minute onboarding call with creative direction
Shoot Duration: ~2 hours self-filming
You’ll be provided with a shot list, script, and tips
Paid project – competitive rates based on experience and deliverables. (Rates will be discussed in the intro call). Usage: Paid social (Meta) in Australia only, for 24 months.
Papeles
Requirements:
1. Must speak native or fluent Australian English (accents must sound naturally Australian)
2. Persona: Down-to-earth, relatable, confident on camera — we want genuine small business owners, field workers, managers, or team leads
3. Attributes: Clear communicator, expressive, capable of delivering scripted lines in a natural and engaging way
4. Must be comfortable demonstrating app use on a mobile phone
UGC or commercial experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to self-film in a quiet, well-lit space (if from remote)
