O mně
Hi, I’m Michael Melzner. I’m an actor and I live in Munich.
What I like most about my profession is that I get to play many different kinds of people. I’m particularly drawn to characters who aren’t immediately easy to figure out — characters with rough edges who might say one thing while actually thinking something completely different.
I enjoy playing quiet and serious roles, but I have just as much fun with comedy and slightly more unusual characters. Bavarian is my native dialect, I also speak Standard German, of course, and I really enjoy acting in English as well.
What I particularly enjoy on set is that moment when a scene suddenly becomes something real. That’s exactly why I love doing this job.
