Rim Angela Askoul Hamchou

Hi, I’m Rim, a Berlin-based musician and emerging actress. I was born in Venezuela and grew up in a Syrian family. I speak Spanish, Arabic, German, English and Turkish fluently.

I have over 15 years of musical experience in violin, singing, piano, music theory and orchestra. I also completed acting and presence training at Theaterschule Frankfurt, Plot Theater Berlin and gained improvisation and stage experience with Improtheater Fulda. In July 2026 I also gained professional set experience as an extra in the feature film TRETEN, a DFFB and UdK Berlin co-production directed by Brian Hose and more recently as an extra in UGG’s "Born to Feel” commercial production in Berlin directed by David Charles Rodrigues.

I am also a qualified medical first responder and have worked in hospitality, gastronomy, with children and senior citizens, and as an interpreter. These different experiences help me bring authenticity, adaptability and a wide range of real life knowledge to my work in front of the camera.
