Two friends from Manchester get drawn into the world of illegal warehouse raves during the early 1990s, organising increasingly large events across the north of England. As their operation grows, so do the dangers, with drug culture, rivalry and the threat of police intervention putting their friendship and futures at risk. The film captures the energy and spirit of the era whilst following the personal toll that life on the fringes of the law takes on the two young men.
