Casting Overview
For a new queer film titled YOURI.
Logline: Amsterdam, 1980s. Journalist Jan Brokken interviews world-famous pianist and Soviet refugee Youri Egorov. An unexpected friendship develops, in which the extravagant Youri inspires Jan to pursue his dream of becoming a novelist.
It's a beautiful script and an incredible film to be part of. We’re currently looking for people from the queer / LGBTQ+ community for a few filming days.
Shooting between March 13 th and March 25th in AMS.
