Casting Overview

For a non-union, non-paid, student production for the Paris College of Art. A short film based off of Henri Lehmann’s 19th century painting, ”La Source ou L’Eau,” featured in the Louvre. An emotional and dramatic film without dialogue.

Planning to film before November 30th. Actors would be on set for around 5 hours – aiming to be shot in one day.

requirements: able to show a range of emotions without speaking: distressed, content, exhausted, annoyed. Must also be willing to pose nude or in underwear for the ending scene. Also includes a brief scene where the actress kisses another male actor. Although there is no dialogue in the film, the crew speak English, so English-speaking actors are preferred.
