About Me

Ahmed Moussa is a Hungarian-Egyptian performer, creator, and choreographer. I have spent thirty-five years on stage, but my life has always been about identity, survival, and starting over.

To Egyptians, I was too Hungarian. To Hungarians, too Egyptian. I have lived my entire life between two worlds, and this duality shaped not only my art, but also my personality. I often felt like an outsider everywhere I went. Maybe that is why I learned very early how to observe people, energy, presence, and emotion. For me, the stage was never only about performance — it became a form of self-expression and survival.

Over the years, I created my own artistic language, something difficult to place into categories. I was considered too modern for the traditional world, yet too raw, instinctive, and culturally rooted for the modern scene. Despite this, I became a defining and recognizable character in my own country because I always followed my own path, even when it led to conflict, isolation, or misunderstanding.

Throughout my career, I worked not only as a performer, but also as a director, creative visionary, and team leader. I built large-scale productions, performed on international stages, and developed visual projects that reached millions of people online. Due to my physical style and speed, I also hold an official world record.

My story, however, is not a classic success story. Because of a badly financed production, I lost almost everything I had built over decades. I had to rebuild my life from the beginning, no longer as a young man. That experience taught me how to stay human under pressure, how to rebuild myself, and how to remain creative even when everything collapses around me.

I am not only looking for roles. I am drawn to stories with real character, emotional depth, and human tension. My English still needs improvement, but presence, emotion, and instinct have always been languages I understood naturally.
