I am an International physical actor-creator, and theatre facilitator born and raised in Greece. I trained in Physical Theatre at Dell’Arte International in California (USA), and in Acting at Dilos Drama School (GR).
My interest in physical comedy, mask movement, the archetypes, along with my experience in socially and culturally diverse environments have influenced my character building and storytelling approach.
I have attended workshops in the Musicality of the Body (Julianna Bloodgood), Commedia Dell’Arte (Annie Ryan), in Neutral Mask and Poetic Body (Thomas Pratki), in Full Mask (Vamos Theatre), in Physical Theatre (Ryszard Nieoczym), Acting for Camera (Gaiety School Ireland), etc. I have performed as a clown with the Living Mask Theatre and the Sea Clowns Sailing Circus (GR), as an actor with Enigma Theatre (IE), No-Stage Theatre (GR,CY), Horos Theatre Company (Greece) and as a physical performer with Dell'Arte (US) and the Siren Ensemble (Denmark).
I have worked as extra actor in films and commercials while I am in the cast of the last feature film by Thanos Tsavlis.
I have taught and directed youth theatre in Europe and I am a founding member of Creative Youthland, a non-profit organisation aiming to empower young people and engage communities through arts.
