Your username is the email address you used when you registered your account. Enter this along with your password on the login page to access your account.

Forgotten Your Password? #

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the password reset page: https://www.encast.pro/forgot-your-password
2. Enter your email address
3. Click the reset button
4. Check your inbox for an email containing a reset link
5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

Haven't Received the Reset Email? #

If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes:

Check your spam or junk folder – password reset emails sometimes get filtered there. If you find it in spam, mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.

Make sure you entered the correct email address – the reset link is only sent if your email address exists in our system. If you registered with a different email address, try that one instead.

Still nothing? If you've checked spam and tried all email addresses you might have used, it's possible you don't have an account with us yet. You can register for a new account at encast.pro.
