For creating an impactful showreel, here are a few more pointers:

• Obvious Opening Scene: make sure in the opening scene who you are; include just one or two people where we know immediately who you are and can see you clearly.
• Diversity of Roles: Include scenes that showcase a range of characters you've portrayed. This demonstrates your versatility as an actor.
• Emotional Range: Scenes where you express a wide spectrum of emotions – from joy to sorrow, anger to love – can effectively display your acting chops.
• Dialogue Delivery: Pick scenes with strong dialogue. This is vital to show how well you can deliver lines, be it subtle or powerful.
• Physical Acting: If you've done roles that required significant physical acting (like action scenes or dance), include clips of these to show your physical abilities.
• Close-ups: Include close-ups to highlight your facial expressions and ability to convey emotions subtly.
• Interaction with Others: Scenes where you interact with other characters can demonstrate your skills in playing off your co-stars.
