A young American seamstress named Emily is invited to spend Christmas with her boyfriend Leo's family, only to discover that he is actually a prince and heir to a small European kingdom. She must navigate royal protocol, the disapproval of Leo's imperious mother the queen, and questions about whether she is truly suited to life at court. As the holiday unfolds, Emily and Leo must decide whether their love is strong enough to overcome the vast differences in their worlds.
